The Republic of Tajikistan received a Loan from Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development for the implementation of the “Modernization of Irrigation systems" project and intends to recruit the individuals to fill the following vacant positions:
Position Minimum qualification requirements Quantity and Location
Chief Procurement Specialist University degree in law or economics 1 person
Dushanbe (with visits to project zone)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a procurement specialist in financed by international financial organizations (IFIs) projects
Knowledge of international and national procurement legislation
Mandatory knowledge of Tajik and Russian languages
Good skills in working with MSWord, MS Excel and other MSOffice programs
