The project is managed at three levels.
Government of the Republic of Tajikistan
Borrower under the Agreement; provides overall oversight of project implementation.
Agency for Land Reclamation and Irrigation
The Employer; provides sectoral oversight and inter-agency coordination.
Project Implementation Unit (PIU)
Day-to-day project management: procurement, financial management, contract administration, monitoring and reporting, compliance with environmental and social requirements.
